All orders can be placed by either emailing to effexiglas@aol.com, or calling 717-413-9436

Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 1p.m. EST.

1.         Minimum orders are 25 items unless we do the engraving and the item is drop shipped. All orders are prepaid  by charge unless terms have been set up.

All major credit cards are accepted. There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.

2.        All orders are shipped either UPS  ground unless otherwise instructed.

3.    Drop shipments are an additional $9.95.

4.        Returns are accepted only in case of defective material.

5.        Allow 7-10 days for processing and shipping your order. 

6.        All our engraving is hand carved and one style writing as seen in our examples.

7.        We confirm receipt of all orders by either phone or email.

8.        We confirm when order has been shipped and include tracking number.

9.        A CD is available of all our designs for use in your advertising.

10.     WE don’t have out of stock items as we are the manufacturer of these toppers.

11.     Orders can only be changed within 48 hours of receipt.
